Title: 3 great things about you?

Reminded recently that we all can lose sight of the fact that we are nothing more and nothing less overall than we were before this hard time in our lives. That we each are worthy of love and respect and appreciation. That we always were and still are. Even if our MLC spouse thinks we smell of poo  :)

So a prod to us all, three great things about you as a person that have nothing to do with coping with MLC or your role as a husband/wife/parent?

2. I am kind

Some good sides of me....

1. I can't sing well, but I still love to sing (especially in hot shower)

2. I can't dance well, but I still love to do it

3. I can't draw well, but I still love to do it

So I guess all this makes me..creative, fun (at least I consider my attempts fun), and relentless (chasing my dreams).

Likely could sign also Treasur's great hair note  (at least most barbers I visit talk how awesome  hair I've got), but I hate it because it's so thick and grows way too quickly, lol

3. a great capacity for kindness

A typical Scorpio... I bring the best of both worlds to everything.  ;)

- Apparently very attractive (or so I'm told!)
- Very honest (sometimes brutally so)
- Outgoing and social.

Very good topic....

1. (I try to be a) Good mother.

2. I have excellent taste (which is why this MLC is so hard to deal with!)

3. I am compassionate for others (even for those who have hurt me over and over again and for whom I really should kick to the curb.)

1. Great listener
2. Positive - Sees the good in everyone
3. Inclusive - built strong community of family and friendships

Now? This is really difficult - after nearly 2.5 years, and a lifetime of joy, extroversion and optimismI am at a low, and feel like a shadow of my former self... but here goes...

1. Dedicated and attentive mom - providing sense of security and normalcy in an upside down world
2. Humility - I’ve been both shocked and humbled by the blows I have taken
3. Faithful - I’ve nurtured my spiritual well-being and leaned in to my faith and relationship with my maker
