Title: LBS Girls Trip to Gatlinburg, TN

LBS girls trip!!!  Ok, so we know Gatlinburg TN is the destination and March is the timeframe.  My current thought is a cabin(as large as is needed at a moderate price point).  Has anyone been before?  Suggested cabin area or activities?!

My first thoughts were hiking, nature, wine, maybe a cabin possibly with a hot tub, brunch, girl talk until the wee hours.

I live about an 8 1/2 hour drive and will be driving in.  Anyone interested?  Once I get a general idea of possible interest and ideas I will further narrow things down.

I am also going in February to ski with my single parent group and so may learn some more information about the area then.

I will definitely be there....I know a couple places to go....it’s a 5 hr drive for me.

As previously stated I vote for Goats on the Roof.

And wine, hiking, they have an amazing aquarium and a ski lift to the top of the mountain with awesome views.

It’s about a 5-6 hour drive from me when I’m in Durham, NC.

I’ll know if I’m in town when it gets closer (I travel often for work).

So put me down as a maybe.  :)

March is crazy for me with Spring Break (2 weeks) and moving into my new home!

Soon after I put the post out about this trip, my life became crazy with way too many travel plans with family and friends this next 6 months.  So the budget and childcare means I am going to hold off planning the Gatlinburg trip.

Sorry for bringing it up and then not following through.  I would love to hang with you lovely people!
