Midlife Crisis: Support for Left Behind Spouses

I have a quick question. Today after work I went to access my facebook account. It asked me to reset my password... All of my info from 2 years is gone, friends are gone, hero spouse group is gone...anyone know what is up or how I can rectify this problem. Thanks,
