I'm putting this all here because Post Secret doesn't keep a running archive, and I think it will be important for a lot of us to see this. 

If you're not familiar with it, from its own description, "PostSecret is an ongoing community art project where people mail
in their secrets anonymously on one side of a homemade postcard."  Every Saturday night/Sunday morning new postcards are posted that are intriguing, gut wrenching, silly, and humbling.  The direct link is http://www.postsecret.com/.

Dear Frank,

I recognized my dad's card as soon as I saw it. All of us kids sat him down tonight and asked him about it- turns out it was written and sent a year ago, when my mom had just broken his heart, and he was hopelessly lost.

Now a year later, he's healthier than he's been in years, our family is closer than ever, and, thanks to the strange blessing of PostSecret, tonight we all had the opportunity to share our appreciation, love and support of one another.

My dad is working on a follow-up postcard to reassure you and the supportive PostSecret Community. This whole process has been incredibly therapeutic for him and for us kids too.

Thanks for posting this. My D15 has read some of the secrets too me and many are gut wrenching. I am amazed at the number of marriages  that continue to be broken apart by infidelity. Thank you for posting this. I definitely will read more. Hugs to you.

Thanks for sharing this Ready.
I didn't realise it is a suicide prevention site, until I took a look. 
It's suicide awareness week - and I am relieved to hear that the belief that talking about suicide is no longer considered to be a catalyst.
Unless it is spoken about, it can continue to be brushed under the carpet.
