The No Contact (http://www.midlifecrisismarriageadvocate.com/store.html) article I have been promising to post at the blog is finally completed and is now on the blog.
As I was writing this article, I reviewed my other No Contact articles (Limited Contact Levels: No Contact (http://www.midlifecrisismarriageadvocate.com/standing-actions_contact-and-communication_contact-levels_no-contact.html), No Contact: Clearing Up the Confusion (http://loveanyway.theherosspouse.com/communication/no-contact_clearing-up-the-confusion/), No Contact: More About Contact Limitations (http://loveanyway.theherosspouse.com/communication/no-contact-more-about/)) and felt it was necessary to revise the chapter that is in my manuscript and the No Contact article at the main site—which is a rough draft of the manuscript version.
The manuscript chapter that is at the store is now revised and I am making it available for FREE until 06 March 2016; after that it returns to $4.95. The manuscript chapter includes the revised main site article as well as pieces that are in the latest blog post, but there are additional sections that are not available anywhere else.
To get the chapter, go to the Store (http://www.midlifecrisismarriageadvocate.com/store.html) and select the button next to Limited Contact Levels and it will add it to your cart. It is not necessary to make any additional purchases to receive this for FREE for the next week.
Please get it and read it. I'm offering it for free because I think there has been a lot of confusing information and I am trying to clarify my position regarding No Contact.

Looks like some good info here.
It's always nice to have something in print you can refer to and reread. Everyone's situation is different and this information is a really good way of covering each situation you might be dealing with and what's best for you to do in those cases.

Thank you very much RCR!
It was a clear easy read and much appreciated as is all that you have done. :)
Standing is isolating and to have people who not only understand but support is wonderful.
Peace and strength to you and your loved ones. :)
