Title: Second Annual Mid-Atlantic Meet-Up?

Back by popular demand! It is coming up on the one year anniversary of the Mid-Atlatntic meet-up that was so wonderfully organized by Willit last year.  After talking with Medusa and making a suggestion for another one, well, here is the forum for open discussion about a meet-up in perhaps mid-August.  Wanted to throw out the idea and see if there is any traction.  It can be a simple, long-weekend with activities or not.  Details to be worked out.

Hope to see the old crew again and many new faces as well!

Of course I'm interested! Last year was fantastic.

We will need to figure out a place that's reasonably located for us to meet. Is PA reasonable for everyone? I'm thinking Harrisburg, Gettysburg, Hanover...those are a bit more centrally located for all of us (at least those who went last year).

I'm in Minnesota, so it would be nice to meet somewhere in the middle of the country, like Chicago.
Of course you could always come to Minnesota.   ;D ;D

Chicago might be nice and the airport is close by, so no need for a car.  We could play in the city for the weekend.

I was thinking more of a driving trip to cut down on costs.  But let's continue seeing what everyone think and we can see what sticks!  Last time, the group stayed in rooms for two night (3-4 to a room) and meals and the total was around $400 per person.

I grew up just outside of Harrisburg, my parents still live there. So I know the area if anyone needs any information.
