MLC Monster Re: Playing along

When you find your OWN MOJO again, you will probably see movement from your MLCer.... when you move, they move.

Just wanted to set the record straight, and as both of you are newer members, I knew you didn't know my story..... if I can do this, YOU can do it.... if that's what you want! LG

Thank you thank you thank you LG!  It is great to hear about your experiences!  And yes, I want it!  I will do it!

I so feel the truth in this statement re. MOJO.  I'm working hard to get mine back, back to the point where I am so incredibly busy, happy and secure with my fabulous self in my fabulous life that I could care less what is going on with my MLCer!  That's exactly how I was when we first met.  And it was that quality that drew him like a moth to a flame to me.  :)

Well, Warrior..... you really don't even have to be busy to get your Mojo back.... it's all about the 'tude, LOL!!

As far as wanting to Stand for your marriage, always know in the back of your mind that you can change your mind at any time..... that is what I tell people "in real life" who are "concerned" for me.... I tell them I can get a divorce ANY TIME I WANT and that usually shuts them up... they'll say "Oh, well, as long as you don't feel TRAPPED or INSECURE..." and I always wonder "Do you not remember who I am??? You've known me all my life..."

I still have down days (by "down" I mean, irritated, tired or angry) and I have my doubts, but they are short lived. I can't believe I've made it this far.... the time seems to go so slow, yet has flown by at the same time!  :o Reading my own story is mind boggling... my husband has been trying to dump OW and come home for a YEAR!! Yet, in that year, he lived with her for 10 months!!

I just want you to know that whatever crazy you are experiencing, we have all seen a version of it before.... ((hugs)) LG

Yes, thanks LG, I think this to myself as well.  I really feel like I am doing the right thing, that I am meant to be on this path at this time for whatever reason.  I am following my instincts.  But knowing I have the option to change my mind at any time is very freeing.  If anything I am able to be even more resolute in my path because it is an option, not a requirement.  I am empowered and CHOOSING to walk this path, not a victim being forced to do so.

Big hugs back at you!   :)

Well done WP that's the spirit.  Keep on that path, there maybe a few bumps and watch out for any holes and you'll be just fine  :)

... he tells me now to "have faith.... I know we will be together and get through this!"  :o

As long as there is movement, there is hope! With a Clinger, you can SEE a lot more than with any other type, but they are exhausting... They are attracted to CONFIDENCE!! It drives him CRAZY to hear my phone chime while he's here... little does he know it's just junk mail in my in box, LOL!! He is JEALOUS that I have friends... some of my friends are virtual, some are real, and some are made up, hahaha!!
My H said the same thing, I guess they want to make sure we'll stay on their string, lol!!
And my H always asks me too, "Who's texting you?"  So funny.  LG, you are so my HERO!

Lol, LG, liked the one abou the friends and how your husband got jelous. Yep, if we get our Mojo again there will be movement. Sometimes is just not the movement we would like but they will move.

buggy, LC is right, you do not need to agree right now to divorce your husband.
