This isn't a mlcer quote but reminds me of myself.  From Garry Shandling [forgive me if I misquote]

He said, 'My girlfriend & I broke up today.  She moved in with another guy & that's where I draw the line.  So I dumped her.'

OH Geez, seriously almost peed my pants laughing so hard.

My husband said, now that you don't control me, I'm going to work on my social life, then went and set in his truck in the garage and that didn't change that for 18 months.  ???
