Discussion Real Housewives of Orange County - MLC
OP: July 06, 2012, 06:08:58 PM
Hey Everyone,

Is there anyone here who follows this show? The season finale really showed MLC at its "finest". One of the women, who just turned 50 in March (just like my H!) has a boyfriend who it is said has 4 kids, no job, no house and no car. He drives her car and lives in one of her properties! He popped into her life out of nowhere. Her daughter and son don't like him, nor do her friends. They call him an "opportunist". It is very difficult but interesting to watch her defend this man at all lengths, cutting off long term relationships with her girlfriends, and alienating her adult children. She told her daughter, if she can't accept him, then that's it. She also made a toast and said, "for any of you who don' t know, he's here to stay and you're either in or you're out." OMG. Daughter said that he was in her life before she separated from her current, soon to be ex husband, so he was an OM. MLC anyone?!

When watching this show, its like stories on here that came to life before my eyes. Will be interesting to see how the story unfolds on the reunion show and next season. Any of you who are interested in watching it on demand or online on Bravo.com, the finale episode is called "Are You In or Out". It is shown throughout the day on Bravo, so you might catch it there too.

Thinking she is deep in Replay, hard core. Sad to watch. Seems brainwashed by OM. Her friend said he tells her what to think and say, she denies it, but it seems true to me.

Thoughts anyone who follows the show? Think it would be interesting for us to follow the show over the next season and bounce off thoughts and comments in relation to our own sitches.

Interesting, I thought the same thing.

Recent news just came out on this guy, he's also a deadbeat Dad, apparently the ex-W's friend saw him on the show and contacted her.  He has never had any contact with their son, walked away before the child was born.

The drama has just begun!
