I love this!
Everyday at yoga I struggle with my own 'inner drama', trying to stop telling myself how terrible everything is in my life now that this horrible crisis has occurred. I wrestle with it. I wrestle with the urge to wipe the sweat away, or step out of the posture, or twitch or itch or whatever.
And the instructor always gently reminds us all to just be a witness to the sensations and try not to get caught up in the drama...just let it go by. Focus on your breath.
Breathe! That seems like all the drama I can take!
