:) I like to cook but I'm not always in the mood for more than a nice snack.

Gotta try some the recipes from the cooking thread.

You're so right, WP. There is so much talent and inspiration here. And we're all dealing with spouses in MLC, with our brains a litlle mushed from all the crisis mess. Can you imagine us free from this crisis thing? We would be even more amazing.  :D

Our MLCers don't know waht they're missing!  :P

I saw this just as I was getting off the computer:

http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2011/11/26/fox411-qa-fran-drescher-talks-mid-life-crises-relationship-with-gay-ex/?test=faces

Fran is pretty big right now, and what she describes is spot-on MLC.  Interestingly she mentions how much guilt she had about abandoning and divorcing her ex, and that his coming out gay alleviated that guilt.  Also, she mentions that when he let go of the anger and bad feelings they were able to rebuild what they had.

she also says she has the best of all worlds, dating one man who "loves" her, but lets her date others....

not sure what I make of that.

UGGH WP . . . MLC.  That man is an idiot!  The poor girls mother.  His kids and the embarassment.  Not good all around.

I wish there were a cure for this ridiculousness.

The reaction to the teacher story from the news people is pure disgust.  The @$$hole teacher even says that he is "looking forward to starting a new family" after leaving his W and 3 kids.  Please tell me that this isn't starting to get accepted!!!   What kind of pure loser would disgrace his family in national TV and proclaim his "love" for a student and child?  How many of our MLCers will watch that and say "you go, boy!!."  Completely and utterly disgusting.

WP, oh my, terrible.

If you watch the video and perhaps you saw this too?, the girl (yes, the girl) looks away, doesn't smile as much as the older man. She has as many negative facial expressions as positive ones.

So what are they going to live on since he quit his job - love? Do you think that you're gonna get a teaching job again? I don't think so. Google your name, man, and see what any future employer will see when they try to find out more about you. Hooker as a last name is also very unfortunate.

Wake up little girl, wake up. In this case, run back home.
