Thanks for the info. When it comes to FB - great concept but still glitchy, don't care what they say. My FB profile is locked down except for pics, people tagged can see but not comment on pictures, yet someone I'm not friends with, H sisters to avoid any possible conflicts, and actually I have them blocked, saw a response I made to my daughter about something and was able to comment on it on my D's page. If they are on a blocked list they shouldn't even know I exist on FB. Same in reverse, since they are blocked I shouldn't have been able to see their postings either.
Also, I was briefly an administrator of a group page for D's sport. Even though my pics are locked down, again except for people tagged, the group page actually shows pictures of members from their albums, so even if you didn't know a person but caught the right picture at the right time... and lo and behold my pictures started rotating through. It happened again, even after locking the setting down for friends only. I had no idea that being a member of a sports team group page would open up my pictures for viewing to anyone else in that group regardless of privacy settings. I could see if you submitted pics pertaining to the sport but to show my personal pics? and my D's? I saw another group member's kids Christmas photos at home, Christmas morning, in their pj's, really invasive IMO, they were probably for family and friends, not everyone in a group where you don't know people. I know this group member, highly educated, techie, on top of things, he didn't realize it either.
OP, you seem fairly skilled in this, am I missing a setting somewhere?
Thanks so much.
