Not so crazy. Travelling between these cities in Spain and Portugal is like travelling round the US, but smaller. It depends if you like driving, or prefer to fly.

You can catch a train to Lisbon (2 hours 43 minutes on the fast train).

You can fly cheaply to both Madrid and Barcelona, both about an hour's flight, and there are buses/ mini buses/ taxis to the centre (see: www.ryanair.com).

Hi

You probably think that I am in MLC with all the backwards and forwards, but I have now looked at all the costs put together and I just can't afford to take this trip at the moment.  I hope you all have a great time and hopefully I will be able to join in the next one.

Tiffany, I'm sorry you can't come but it doesn't surprise me. It's a long way and a big expense!

Sorry but I will not be able to make it.I have too many things on my plate financially. s needs to get installed to start a new education and I really need to finish my house ???
So it is not that I don't want to, it is more that it is not wise just right now

Darn Eternity, I was looking forward to seeing you again.  Seriously... there is no excuse for you and I not to see each other.  The next time we go to Brussels, I will send you a message.  Even a short meet up would be fantastic...
