What happened to all your posts at the start of this thread, the pictures are missing?

Did something happen to your pininterest account?

In dealing with those who are undergoing great suffering, if you feel 'burnout' setting in, if you feel demoralized and exhausted, it is best, for the sake of everyone, to withdraw and restore yourself. The point is to have a long-term perspective."

Thank you T&L.

I saw this today, I have to say that I have done a lot of reading of Elizabeth Kübler-Ross and she is fascinating. My feeling is that handling the fallout of an MLCer's action is like handling a bereavement.

People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within."
