I've been to have coffee with a friend.  She rang earlier (had bumped into my DD who asked her to call) and invited me out.  Instead of having a pity party at home alone I had a coffee and chat with her.

Not long after BD I lost my Galaxy phone, teh best one on the market at the time. I was devastated and couldn't afford a new phone, so at Christmas my MLC'er bought em a new one. A good phone, but not quite efficient enough for what I need it for- Business and pleasure.

So, this morning, I went out early before work and marched down the mobile phone store and treated myself to a contract phone which comes with a tablet as well.
It's all very swish and I get unlimited calls and texts all for £27/month. My pay as you go phone was costing more than that.

So tehre you are, I went to treat myself good and proper, because....

I'M WORTH IT!  ;D

Check you out Booboo  8)

Today I have realised that I am the lucky one out of all this horrific mess - I have the best friends and support which means a million times more than an H who can't face life in the real world.  I live in the real world and it's great.  :)  (Most days...!)

Haha right on Boo and CB and everyone else ... yes we are definitely WORTH IT ... I have never come across a bunch of such lovely, compassionate, and caring people as the ones here. We are all absolutely AWESOME and we all deserve to have the best in life, to win the lottery and to live in peace and happiness. I also went shopping yesterday and splashed out on some new things ... JUST FOR ME for a change!

Anyhow, bit late to the party ... I did the Great North Run 15th Sept ... for Cancer Research UK in around 2hrs 25mins. So I am very proud of that! Another medal for my collection. Ha!

Hahaha!

Doing the washing is a good enough achievement for one morning. That's another thing MLC'ers cannot do as well as we do. My MLC'er just buys new clothes! ::)

There are two ways of spreading light:
Be the candle; or the mirror that reflects it

Don't ask why someone is still hurting you; ask why you keep letting them. What you allow continues.

At some point you have to get sick of going through the same sh!t.

Women are NOT rehabilitation centers for badly raised men. It is not your job to fix ,parent, raise or change him.
You want a partner not a project.
