Day 4

My son(24) taking the time to come and see me on his lunch hour just to chat and get a hug.  He does this a lot.  This is me when I see him ;D  ;D lol.

We work in different areas in the same building.

I love this idea. Thanks Mad max!!

Glad to see you joining in.

Day 4--my SS18 won another race!  This time a 5k.  So I posted the photo he sent me of the trophy.  He's such a good kid.

My happy photo today was also a race related photo!  It was a picture of my medal from a  half-marathon that I ran today, with the beach and the Atlantic Ocean in the background.

I posted a personal best today, finishing in the top 4% of all women and in the top 2% of my age group (and the top 10% of finishers overall!).  I hate to find a silver lining in the MLC, but I suppose I've been more dedicated to my training and losing weight as a result of GAL.

A bit late with Day 3......

Looking down at an orange (KTM) bike on a red dirt road, light fading and with the headlight on.  Wonderful mix of colours :)

My pic today (Day 3 for me) was of the Japanese Maple by my front door unfurling its little lacy leaves...

Huzzah for spring, particularly after this long, grey winter!

I've been out of Internet contact but....

Day 4 - pictures of my new grandson who lives in UK.  He's 8weeks old and just beginning to fill out and smile :)

Day 5 - D19 face when she got home (just after me) and asked if I had put her freshly baked blueberry muffins in a tin.  Nope, there weren't any there when I got in, but the dog was.........!!
