Meet-Up Re: Mid and East US Meetup

It there a ballpark amount that the room and any extra areas are going to cost?  I am making sure of my finances and any other expendures (food, alcohol, etc.)  And are there any other males committed (MeNow, Brain)?  I would not like to pay for a single room.  But I am looking to this meet up.  Should be a great time and comraderie!

If you are feeling down, know that God Has always had a wonderful plans for you.  Unfortunately, there are things that happen and forces that work to try and keep us from reaching what He has for us.  The good news is that there is healing at work.  God is always working in and through your life to try to get you to where He wants you.

I'm ready to commit whenever you are Bail. It would probably be best if I commit the money sometime before June 11. That's court day for my wife's divorce. I may be broke afterwards. :(

I'm ready to commit as soon as Bail, MBIB, Nah, Medusa, BS, Book, Willit, 27, Air and xyzf do.

I'm willing to split a room. Still interested in the main room if it's feasible for everyone. And we need for some activity planner to suggest some activities (besides Spank the Monkey).

Air and Nah have already booked a room MeNow.  Nah and Air are rooming together so be forewarned! ;)

Giving up does not always mean that you are weak; sometimes it means you are strong enough to let go.

Hi everyone. So some people have PM-ed me to say that they can't make it anymore. Seems like there may be 10 of us or so. And some who are going expressed that getting the extra room may be too much money for them. If there will only be 10 or so of us, maybe we should skip the room. Not sure how to handle this. There is also the option to have that be one of the rooms some of us stay in. If we do that then we would need to make some type of curfew and schedule so the occupants can get some sleep and have some privacy at some point. Those rooms hold 4, would be about $400. Maybe you gentlemen, if there are 4 of you, could do that and we can hang there until you kick us out. Suggestions?

I am ready to sign up and make a reservation and will put the room on my credit card for now.  Hopefully, Brain and MeNow will be joining.

Is there anything I need to do so we are sort of in the same area room wise?  I have no problem having the Bachelor Pad being the party room?  Who needs sleep anyways!  It is overrated!  ;)

No. Rooms not blocked because I would have had to pay deposit on 10 rooms myself. So just take best of what they offer regarding location of the room.

The 2 Bedroom Corner Loft has full kitchen and fireplace and sleeps 3 in own beds. $1558. So that would be $520 each.

The 3 Bedroom Condo sleeps 5 in their own beds. Would be about $1658 if there were 5 of you guys. Would be $332 each.

These are options for the ladies as well if 3 or 5 also want to get together and get a Condo. The rooms also have sofa beds but I didn't count those when talking about beds above.

Lastly, I see that there is a cabana option of $400 for the two days. Thinking since the guys would each be paying about $100 more than we are for their rooms so we can have an LBS headquarters, us 8 or so ladies can pool together and pay $50 each towards the cabana.

Aquatopia Poolside Indoor Cabana

•Private Deluxe Sitting Area-Seats 8
•Personal Cabana Host
•Oversized Pool Towels
•TV
•Ceiling Fan
•Located in Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark
•Waterpark passes not included- Overnight Room Reservation Required. This is not a sleeping room.

The Cabana would also be a nice outdoor headquarters. We get our own assistant too!! Drinks please!!!

I could probably handle paying the deposit for this myself and collect money that weekend from the ladies.

I can't wait!
