Off-Topic Old Meet Up threads combined

There is a trip being planned for Vegas the weekend of February 11-13.  If anyone is interested, post here.  So far, I have found a room rate of $67/night at the Stratosphere Hotel.  If anyone can find better rates, know of a house we can rent for the weekend, or have a better plan - POST IT HERE!

Let's make this the best Valentine's Day weekend ever!

2 years since he left... divorce was filed a year ago, nothing going on right now. Seems like he and OW are done...will take some more time! Seems comfortable being around me and the girls. Relaxed without her, but does not want me...or anyone else...all that matters are his daughters...

I love Vegas.  I would love to go.  Maybe I can figure out a way to head out there.

ok, so I am doing some juggling to make this happen for me.  2/11 is my weekend with S; I asked my sister if she could watch him; she said she will get back to me.  If she can't watch him, I will not be able to go.  Because of my S' autism, it's hard to find someone that I trust to watch him for that length of time - my sister is pretty much my only option right now.  I will keep you posted.  If I go, I will probably stay at the Stratosphere - their rates seem to be the cheapest for being on the strip.

I sure wish I could come!  I would so love to meet you guys!  I have never been to Vegas!  I can't do it this time but if there is another meet up sometime I will do my best to be there!

I'll have to see how my loads will fall, but I will see what I can do in the meantime. :)

I´m posting a link to a day spa in Peddlers Village: http://www.skinntonic.com/   I don´t know what kind of budget folks have, but they have a special where you get a Buy one get one lunch free if you dine in the village after having spent at least $35 at the spa. Peddlers Village is in Lahaska, PA.

If that´s too pricey, how about a visit to the chocolate store in Penns Purchase and lunch at the Cafe Galleria or Sweet Lorraine´s.

Another option, brunch or lunch at the Market cafe in Lambertville on N. Main. They have great food at a reasonable price.

Open to other ideas as well.
