Off-Topic 2017 New Years Resolutions... aka Taking Care of Self!
OP: December 29, 2016, 02:18:27 PM
1.  So, what are you going to do to take care of yourself in 2017?
2.  What's the one thing that you are going to "Do your Best"?
3.  What are your plans to get focused on yourself?

My answers are:
1.  I'm going to challenge myself to hit 12,000 steps daily so that I can keep off the hard earned LBS weight loss.   ::)
2.  I will avoid all bread products daily so that I will cut back on my carb intake.  :o
3.  I will Zentangle, draw something, or meditate once a week so that I will continue to stay present moment focused.  8)

Bonus:  I'm gonna laugh and stay silly, cause otherwise, life gets really darn boring.  So UM, I'll be relying on you to keep the humor going on HS. ;)

Hugs everyone!

Oouu..Um, you are being challenged.   :)

I guess for me just keep and increase my walking/hiking every day...and yes See The Light..less carb intake.

Holidays are over, no more excuses....time to get back to serious.   :)

My motto is: Nothing tastes better than thin!  ;D

"From my experience if my H had let me go a long time ago, and stop pressuring me, begging, and pleading and just let go I possibly would have experienced my awakening sooner than I did."

OHhhhhh Thunder I like that !  Can I borrow it?

"Nothing tastes better than thin!!"  will also be a mantra for me in 2017.

Another will be "Life is short, Live each day like it was your last"   I am getting older and I have been shown that even though I can still do jumping jacks, I shouldn't!!   My joints are suddenly telling me to change up my workout routines so....
More walks in nature and more sunrises and sunsets are in my plan!

Happiest of New Years to my virtual family!   Please, Don't forget how special each one of you are!!

Snip Snip, STOLE IT!  So my new mantra for this year.  Love it!!

31... Nature walks, yes yes!  Now, you can keep the sunrises, although lately I seem to be getting up with them with no problem.  Sunsets are truly my favorite!

Happy New Year everyone, I'll see you on the other side!!  Hugs to all!

I am going to get this "feeling sorry for myself" weight I gained off and get back in my regular clothes.
I am going to be more social and meet more people.
I am going to try dating, which scares me.
