Interacting with Your MLCer A new strategy for us

Hey you LBS....We need some sillyness and giggles.  Laughter is the best medicine.  So someone, anyone, please make me laugh....

1Phoenix, I'm not much help, but when I need to take my mind off of everything, I turn on old episodes of Family Feud.  Steve Harvey gets me LMAO every time!!!  That's my quick fix.

Anxious to hear what others do for a laugh...

Welllll......I have a funny story from today!

I had a little kid in my office who ripped the longest loudest fart I have ever heard out of a 5 year old!   When he was done he stood up and sniffed the chair and said "mom it doesn't even stink"!

My go to humor is movies like Stepbrothers, the Hangover trilogy, 21 Jumpstreet, etc.
Me: 41
Ex H: 45

MLC started 2013-2014. BD x3 Jan-March 2017. EA confirmed.
He’s playing house with his much younger girlfriend and raising her kids while I am out living life on my Harley!

I am fortunate, my son makes me laugh all the time, but so many of those jokes are only ones that he and I would get.

We are traveling right now, and are in Santa Fe, NM.We stopped at a place called MeowWolf (If anyone is ever in the area, I would suggest going). Inside is the House of Eternal Return, where you go into a house, and there are "portals" in different places where you go to this surreal environment with incredible hands on experience art pieces. So we walk through the dryer closet, open the dryer, and there's this tube that goes down into some area. My son (6'4") wants to go in, but can't decide if he's too big, so I say, "Go in head first, I can pull you out by your feet if you get stuck." Yeah, he listened to me in in he goes. The last thing I see is a pair of jogging shoes sticking out of the dryer as he goes sliding in. As he disappears around the bend at the bottom, I'm shouting down the hole, "Let me know where it comes out!" and my son is standing behind me saying, "You don't have to yell, I'm right here." Turns out, this "portal" just led to the side, and he walked around in the back door. ;D

Really cool place, where you can walk through the fridge, or through closets, or a hidden cupboard under the stairs,or up tree trunks. Great lazer harp, I could have sat in that room forever.

Then there's the story of us getting in late and the car we had reserved wasn't available. So we were stuck with a 15 passenger van for the night. We laughed about how we should have just rented that and skipped the hotels, how when we got to our hotel, there were three identical vans like ours, must have been the three people ahead of us in line, how I couldn't park it, couldn't get out of it (the step up into it was too big, and while I could get in, I couldn't get out, so I had to go out the back passenger door because it had a step) It was probably just the late hour, but  my son would say "There's a bunny! Stop, we have room for him in our van!" and we'd both crack up. Sigh...I guess sometimes you have to be there to get the humor. ;)
