I want to propose something
Time and again I am seeing on here that we all sink into periods of negativity and we all give too much power to the OW.
(I have had to be reminded about this on many occasions - haven't I Medusa? ;) )
And also get negative about ourselves, our futures and our situations
So I want to know what others think of having a set "positive thinking time" where we all arrange a time to get together once a week to meditate and send positive energy to all MLC'ers to find their way and strength to for all LBS's
We could arrange it in our own time zones for a once a week session or a daily session
What do you think?

This isn't just for those who believe in positive energy, its also for anyone who believes in organised religion too, and the power of prayer
Those who believe in the law of attraction will know how powerful thoughts can be, but for those who doubt this or who are not religious let me give you these two analogies
If you walk into a football stadium before a game (or baseball stadium for our American friends) you will feel an incredible energy, you cannot feel it or touch it but you know its there
Similarly if you were to walk into a room just after two people have had an argument you will be able to sense the atmosphere the negative energy......
Nevergoingtogiveyouup and Eva's, two LBS's on here a few years back did something along these lines, together and they had an amazing result.
Now I am not saying your H's will come back if we do this, but it will lift your energy and you will start to be more confident and more positive in general and when you are like that you open yourselves up like a funnel for the universe, God or your angels (whatever you believe in) to help you.
Whilst you are negative, not only are you not listening to advice from well meaning friends and family, you are not listening to your inner voice, your intuition either.
So lets generate some positive energy on this board by collectively 'meeting' and sending out positive thoughts in the universe.
I am proposing that we have certain times where we all 'meet' over the ether and generate positive thoughts for all the LBSs and MLC'ers
During this time we visualise the fog clearing from our MLC'ers head and we ask for the veils to be lifted from their eyes and we imagine that we are strong and we lift our thoughts and send positive thoughts and prayers for everyone to find happiness again.
Obviously, there are different time lines we need a meeting time for each time Zone
So for all those in the UK I would like to propose we 'meet' at 22:00 Monday evenings
If others from different time Zones could come on and propose your 'meet' times, then we can get this going.
Along with a collective meet I also want everyone to repeat these positive thoughts sessions in their own time each day, for the more religious this can be done in the form of a prayer.
Just 5 minutes each day
Along with these collective postive thoughts I also want to get everyone on here into the habit of repeating positive affirmations and statements throughout the day and particularly when you are about to go to sleep
I want you all to keep reminding yourselves of the following
I AM SPECIAL, I AM STRONG, I AM BEAUTIFUL, I AM FUNNY, I AM KIND, I AM LOVING, I AM LOYAL, I AM CLEVER, I AM THE PRIZE
And if any of you ever think of the OW I want you to push those thoughts from your head and repeat the above until those thoughts are gone
Lets turn the energy around
And if anyone else has any more positive ideas then please add them xx

So here is one I have found amazing which is one of the books I referred to above, which was on Eva's thread I think
The God Academy its the law of attraction broken down into lessons
Thunder recommended Your Erroneous Zones - Dr Wayne W. Dyer to me a while back and I am just reading it, its about escaping negative thinking
And another great inspirational book is Be your own life coach - Fiona Harrold a very inspiring book

Having a fixed day/hour, and having to be on-line with others, would make me feel uncomfortable. I hope you don't mind, 1trouble.

Hi Anjae, if anyone wants to do these things on their own then that's perfectly ok I don't care I just want everyone to get into a regular habit of trying to have some time where they send out positive thoughts and also use positive affirmations.
Because I am convinced (and I know I don't have to convince you Anjae because I have seen your new moon alerts and other posts around this subject) that the more positive we are the more it will help us and the more it will attract positive things, situations, people into our lives.
Just to clear up something, the collective 5 minute idea I am suggesting is not to come on here, (though you can if you want) but to stop whatever you are doing, at your countries allotted time, and send out positive thoughts or if you are religious, pray.
I am convinced, if we send out similar thoughts, at the same time, it makes it more powerful.
So everyone in the UK wherever you are at 22:00 tonight (or wherever you are in Europe at 23:00 and if others around the world want to join us - though I think some of you will be in the land of dreams in some places on the globe!)
Please send out positive thoughts and prayers to your MLC and all MLC'ers and positive thoughts and strength to all LBS's and their children
Then throughout the day EVERY DAY repeat positive affirmations x

I pictured all my LBS friends up and down the UK, and further afield. Each and every one of them and pictured a powerful force field around them for them and their mlc-ers. And then I envisaged ALL the OPs being swept away as if by a tornado. A lot of ugly, screaming banshees, swept away on a whirling wind.
I sure hope someone, somewhere, gets some good from all this power we're directing collectively.

This is more doable for me. I had not read your words, but today I in fact did it at around 10pm. Must be the why I felt such amazing positive energy. :)
Just for the record, unlike the rest of Europe, Portugal has the same time as the UK. Our 22.00pm are the UK 22.00pm.

I am in Ireland so the time for UK is same for me. , it would be nice to speak to some lbs on Skype aswell.

I was originally proposing a weekly group positive energy session every Monday at 22:00 UK time because its difficult to factor in a more regular slot as every one leads such busy lives.
However, there is nothing to stop anyone who wishes doing it every day at this time and anyone who is around can join in .
But whats important is we put some time in our day, which fits into our schedule to start to meditate, send out positive energy or pray and also to ensure you use positive affirmations and not to allow negative thoughts to overwhelm you xx

Only just caught up with this thread, but I'm in for next time. We are 11 hours ahead of UK time here in NZ, so 10pm Monday night with you will be 9am Tuesday morning with me. I will be sure to stop what I'm doing at that time and concentrate my thoughts on positive energy for MLC'ers and LBS's. Great idea 1t!

I don't believe in organised religion I believe in a higher power and the spirit realms and energy and because of my beliefs I believe our loved one's in spirit come closer to us on anniversaries....
So with that in mind Onward and Cat I ma sure, your positive thoughts and prayers, will be very potent tonight because you will have a lot of help from your loved ones
Happy anniversary to both of you, remember the good times, not the bad and if sad thoughts come into your head, acknowledge them and then send them away quickly and try to replace them with positive happy ones.

I want to share how I sent my positive thoughts and energy last night.
I closed my eyes and an image come to mind of a lighthouse on a rock near the shore.
On the shore were lots of men and women in a human chain, holding hands, side by side.
In front of this chain was another of children holding hands.
They were all silent but smiling, these were the LBS's and their children.
The sea was choppy and in the sea were our MLC'ers, they were trying to swim to the shore, but the sea was rough and they were struggling... but with my thoughts and energy I changed the image and calmed the water and the MLC'ers went from frantically splashing about and drowning to treading water.
I turned my thoughts back to those on the shore and sent positive thoughts to the human chains of adults and children.
I made sure the light house lights were shining bright
The going back to the MLC'ers I imagined I was opening the tops of their heads and blowing away the fog and cobwebs and throwing out the rubbish from their heads.
I then went back to the shore again sending out more thoughts
Then I went back to the sea and imagined the MLC'ers all gently swimming to the shore as as they got closer the men, woman and children on the shore starting shouting encouragement, the children jumping up and down and as the MLC'ers started to climbed out of the sea, I saw them running and starting to reunite with the families. The beach a scene of joy and happiness as they all clung to each other.
I opened my eyes and smiled and hoped that someone somewhere has been helped.
Anyone else what to share their prayer or how they send their positive thoughts?

I love the picture you imagined 1t. I just sat and breathed out the bad energy, then breathed in the good while one by one mentally going through in my mind all the LBS's on the forum that have become a part of my life and praying for happiness, wholeness and wellness for them, their children and their MLCers. I think I will have to get more imaginative next week like you did. I love the idea of the human chain.

I know we haven't done this for a while, as I have not been on here that much lately...... I want to reinstate the positive thinking time again..
Anyone who has read my threads knows I bang on about synchronicity
I have been reading a new book today on the law of attraction and it has helped me to recalibrate my thoughts and reminded me of really what I 'know' but how I let my negativity and emotions override this.
It started me thinking about this thread and how energised I found this 'thinking time'....
and then I speak to another LBS tonight and she mentions during our conversation and totally out of the blue the first 'positive thinking time' we had...(she wasn't aware of what I had been thinking today)
She said when she saw my suggestion, that first week, she thought "well its a load of rubbish, but lets give it a go" and when she did join in at the allotted time, she found she was overcome with a feeling of utter peace...
So synchronicity comes calling again and the universe is giving me another strong message that the positive thinking time should be reignited ......
10pm GMT tomorrow night POSITIVE THINKING TIME....anyone wants to join me?

I want to share something with you from the book I am reading ....
" Your emotions are a critical component. Learn to listen to them - they are an important feedback
system that tells you of your body's instinctive response to the vibrational state you are creating.
You are creating a vibrational frequency with whatever you are giving your attention to - the thoughts
you are thinking, the beliefs you are contemplating, the television show you are watching, the music
you are listing to, the book you are reading etc.
Your feelings are part of your internal guidance system.
When you are feeling joy and a sense of expansion, it simply means you are on course - the things
you are focusing on, the thoughts you are thinking or creating, the ideas you are entertaining and the
activities you are engaged in are actively moving you in the direction of your purpose, dreams and desires.
When you are feeling anger, sadness, depression and hopelessness - any feelings that give you a sense
of physical contraction - then you are thinking thoughts and attending to things that are not taking you toward
your purpose, dreams and desires. This is feedback that is saying your are off course. Your emotions are
telling you that its time to switch gears. They are telling you its time to think more uplifting thoughts, change your
focus, change the channel, change the topic of discussion and go do something different to shift your energy and
bring you feelings of joy and expansion.
Since your vibrational state is what attracts the objects of your desire, it is imperative to keep your emotions as
positive as possible. Strive to keep your emotions in the positive range - feelings like joy, love, happiness
satisfaction, exhilaration, relief, pride, appreciation, relaxation and serenity.
These feelings will realise your vibrational level and create a "vibration match" for the experiences that you
expect to have when your dreams do come to fruition.
Remember, like attracts like.
So by deliberately creating the positive emotional states that match the feelings we have on completion and
fulfillment of our goals and desires we are creating an energy field that will attract what we want.
This is why learning to respond to circumstances instead of just reacting to them is so important.
So do the things that make you feel good - be passionate and enthusiastic about your life!
When you feel emotions fully, deeply, you radiate more intense frequencies into the universe.
Researchers are discovering that what you are feeling is actually far more important than what
you are thinking or saying. They are a true indicator of the thoughts you are having and whether
or not you are acting in accordance with your personal truth, your heartfelt desires.
Don't ignore them or try to reason your feelings away.
First, notice them, then if they are not in the positive range (hope, expectation, acceptance, appreciation
love and joy), either release them or simply choose a better thought.
Choose a thought that has a better feeling, or simply change what you are doing, go for a walk, turn off
the television, pet your cat, take charge and shift your emotions back to the positive range"
I personally, find it works better for me when I use imagery so if you imagine a seismograph that measures the strength
of an earthquake, then imagine a line which separates positive and negative energy.
You want to ensure the needle is in the positive range as much as you can.
If you feel like your head is open like a funnel, you are walking tall and feeling good, happy content you are in the positive
areas...
If you feel small, anxious, tense, closed off, tearful, frightened etc....GET THE NEEDLE BACK UP TO THE LINE AND OVER INTO POSITIVE!!
Do something every day to prove to yourself that YOU MATTER
Learn to listen to your emotions and know when you are on course
Staying with your needle in the negative zone will only make you attract other negative thougths, feelings emotions and along
with that negative people (misery loves company!)

Do something every day to prove to yourself that YOU MATTER

Hope everyone got something out of this time tonight (or today depending on where you are in the world)
Ok things that prove YOU matter
Can be as silly as making sure the house is tidy and clean FOR YOU not just because you have visitors but because its nice for YOU.
Getting a pedicure or a massage
Have a lovely bath
Treating yourself to a new lipstick or some underwear/clothes/shoes (depending on your budget)
Spending time doing what YOU want to do and putting time aside for YOU
Meditating, exercise, researching, walking
Putting yourself first instead of what you see as your duty to others
Constantly reminding youself how special you are, take time out to write a list of things you LOVE about yourself and your special qualities
Decide from today that you are going to value yourself and don't put up with any one who makes you feel inadequate, guilty or bad about yourself
Every day be aware of the negative thoughts that invade your mind and making a conscious effort to reprogram your mind.
Read the exert from the book I am reading (see post I put up earlier today) and be aware of your own 'seismograph' needle and make sure you are in the positive zone. You will know when you are in the positive zone because of how your body reacts.....
I am sure there are loads more but that's just some things to be getting on with

I took a "I'm Grateful for..." walk this evening. Spent time breathing and thinking about nothing important, then every couple of minutes I would spend time mentally thinking about all the things I'm grateful for.
Sent out positive thoughts and energy for everyone as well. Feeling much better tonight than I did this morning. 1T, this is a great idea.
Got this list of things to do to be good to your Self as well so thought I would share them.
- Keep a Journal
- Play the Piano
- Sign up for a yoga class
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator
- Dance around the living room
- Watch a sunset
- Run on the Beach
- Find something good in everyone you meet
- Laugh at yourself
- Hug a Child
- Express Appreciation
- Set one short term goal for self improvement
- Receive a compliment without apology
- Have a good cry
- Take 10 deep breaths
- Reward yourself on reaching a goal
- Day Dream
- Doodle
- Take a trip
- Take a walk in the grass with your shoes off
- Waste time without feeling guilty
- Look out a window
- Make S'mores
- Barbecue
- Take a bath for as long as you want
- Go for a walk with a child

As for let go let God, I am just starting to get that slowly..........it has taken me a long time to realise that all the thinking, and wondering or imagining the outcome or what H is doing/thinking or not doing/thinking doesn't push any of this along any quicker and inbetween I am missing out on some great sunny days, new memories and fun times.
Also, I am wasting energy on negative thoughts, feelings and what if's that I have no control over and by thinking the situation with H all the time (because thoughts are energy) I am fuelling these by thinking about them
......
so I have started trying to be very conscious of my thoughts and stopping them as soon as they enter my head, I am starting to try to 'let go let God' leave H to him, to the universe, believing he WILL COME BACK, but try to push all other thoughts of him from my mind, to embrace each day, be grateful for each little thing that makes me smile, each person who wants to spend time with me, each sunrise/sunset I experience and know that each day brings me nearer to a new chapter and is another day which H moves through the tunnel....
I put this on Handpuppet's thread earlier, About 1 hour before my H turned up after nearly 7 weeks of no contact!!
I don't know if its just a coincidence, but what I do know is, J my dog was sitting at the front door tonight whilst I was updating Handpuppet's thread, I looked at him and said 'what do you know that I dont, is H going to turn up!'
And he did
Letting Go letting God is something you cannot fake, it is a true shift of power, it comes with letting go of the outcome and as RCR says 'chosing joy'.
It is a conscious decision to embrace life and to really make the most of every day, to not obsess about what your spouse is doing, or what each contact means, its about knowing whatever happens, you will be ok.
IT does takes time, it takes a lot of tears, heartache, self reflection, it takes a lot of faltering steps and strength but YOU DO GET THERE
BUT when you do, you realise that anything is possible.
Whether you have religion, faith in yourself/the universe or just sheer determination, when you are determined this "thing" called MLC will not destroy, define or take over your life, you will go up and then you will find a sort of peace and a strength and from there anything is possible.
My H turned up tonight...........don't think I am not now jumping to the conclusion he is coming back next week (as it happens I have always believed he would come back - and still do)
But that could be next week, next year, whatever!
But I am LIVING, not in some sort of suspended animation but NOW, for the first time in a long time I AM LIVING, not existing, not obsessing about what he's doing/thinking, ot about OW, not about MLC .....NOTHNG to do with him, I am living for me.
Over the last few weeks I am putting real effort into training myself NOT to think about H/MLC/OW, because I realise to think is to send/give energy to the situation.
I send positive thoughts to H to get strength and courage, to clear the fog, remove the veil from his eyes, BUT once I have done that I refuse to give this situation any more energy.
I put all the energy into me, my life, my goals and enjoying each moment
If you can do the same give yourself this gift (as OP says) of time but also give yourself the energy not your H and OW/OM or this MLC situation

It's also important to know that you will turn it over and over again before you truly let go and let God. And that's okay. It's a process, just like MLC.
