I pictured all my LBS friends up and down the UK, and further afield. Each and every one of them and pictured a powerful force field around them for them and their mlc-ers. And then I envisaged ALL the OPs being swept away as if by a tornado. A lot of ugly, screaming banshees, swept away on a whirling wind.

I sure hope someone, somewhere, gets some good from all this power we're directing collectively.

BD June 2011
Affair discovered; three moves out and three attempts at return during 2012, culminating in "I'm not coming back" statement. Then DIY separation agreement - Feb 14 - which I wouldn't sign. He moved in with OW in 10/14 and I heard little more. I instigated D in 2016.  He's still living in rental with OW and her D but the cracks are starting to appear.

What a wonderful scene we'll use that visualisation for next week!

Ok everyone thank you to every one who took part

Same time next week for a collective session

but don't forget to do this yourselves as much as you want

And to remind yourselves how strong powerful and beautiful you all are ...

Try not to let negative thinking take over...

Acknowledge your hurt pain and anger and then put it in a box and let the positive thoughts take over

If MLC'ers can compartmentalise so can we  ;)

Just to clear up something,  the collective 5 minute idea I am suggesting is not to come on here, (though you can if you want) but to stop whatever you are doing, at your countries allotted time, and send out positive thoughts or if you are religious, pray.

This is more doable for me. I had not read your words, but today I in fact did it at around 10pm. Must be the why I felt such amazing positive energy.  :)

Just for the record, unlike the rest of Europe, Portugal has the same time as the UK. Our 22.00pm are the UK 22.00pm.

I am convinced, if we send out similar thoughts, at the same time, it makes it more powerful.

I agree.

The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle - overcoming negative thoughts not just by turning them around or speaking positive thoughts, but by elevating your consciousness to a higher plane.

Do this one on audible.com Tolle has a very soothing voice.
