Sadly, I am new to the community. Bomb drop June 15.  I just saw this. I am jealous, be use I would love to spend some in person time with others going through this. I hope their will be another one soon. I hope you guys have a great time!

There seems to be some other online connection (FB or some reference to "fellowship"). I would really like to engage more and participate to try to get through this. Please let me know if there are other good ways to plug in.

My story is (very briefly) that after almost 21 years of very happy marriage (anniversary was last Thursday), my wife said she wanted divorce completely out of the blue. She has moved out and we are legally separated. She says she does not want to reconcile, but she leaves open the possibility that she may change her mind. She recognizes that she is in crisis, though sometimes she seems to object to,the term MLC.  We can only talk in counseling, which we have once every two weeks or so. At least she has agreed to counseling....

Welcome HopeHusband! I am sorry you are going through this but glad you found us. I have not looked at the rest of the forum yet today, but hopefully you have posted your story to a thread of your own. This is the best way to get advice and input. If you need a mentor private message Old Pilot and he will help you out. He can also send you a link to the Facebook fellowship page.
I am at this meetup with 10 other awesome folks, and it has been an amazing time. It is my first meetup, and hopefully not the last.

HopeHusband - so sorry for everything you are going through.  You won't find anyone who understands what you are going through (esp. the degree of pain & confusion) unless they are a Left Behind Spouse (LBS).  You will find lots of compassion & understanding here & on facebook.
