Shop around, this does not need to cost you a fortune.

Just agree on as much as you can.
But protect yourself.

I have legalshield insurance that costs me 20$/months. In every state they have an AV rated top full service law firm that provides services to the policy holders.  It covers uncontested divorces after 90 days waiting period. I can help you get a coverage if you want. It gives you unlimited access to lawyers and also ulimited phone consultations on any legal issue, except immigration. I plan to use my coverage for separation agreement and just in case have one  other lawyer review it.
