"Be still and know that I am God".  I love that so much.  So sweetly simple, yet it can be so hard to quiet our minds and be "still" in our turmoil.  I need to try much harder to be still before God and accept the relief he wants to give.  :)

One of my very favorites!
I wish all of these squirrels we love could be still enough to listen and FEEL.  ::)

another short one I repeat  a lot is
"I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me"

But if it can be copied and pasted in your address bars there is a wonderful collection of scrptures and ways to interpret or apply them in life.
There are 40 of them and they were complied by Norman Vincent Peale

If that address doesn't work google 'Thought Conditioners" and click the top selection for a printable PDF file. I keep them by my bed and read them before I go to sleep.

I would post one, but I think everyone covered them all.  Thanks for the link Init.  Felt good to read what touches everyone.  Already talked to Good4you this am.  This has softened my mood.  It's what I needed to "hear".

You failed to mention that I called at 540 am-you are the bestest for putting up with that. I was doing my crazy texting that I do when I cannot sleep. She then sends back call me -next time she'll think twice :) I am participating in the LBS sleep deprivation study and am a member in very good standing -probably a gold club member :)
Talking to you all helps me work through my crazy making so I can function.

here's to having wonderful friends that make me smile through the tears ....
