Excellent idea.

“I see hundreds and thousands of people traipsing through the courts and nothing is being done about the problems that sent them here.” This is true. However, when a MCLer goes to court there is little that can be done. Unless courts start to have an understanding of MLC and put in action efficient measures to protect the LBS.

Of course so many of the "normal" rules don't apply in MLC.  Still, I'm very glad to see this kind of thinking in general.  I hope it makes it on to the headline news, rather than to just some middle pages in the paper.
