OMG.... I am glad that it works Ready2 (now I am curious about your comment). I like Kelly Howell CDs. I have also experimented with subliminals, etc. I also try to spend some time in silent meditating which turns into me talking to myself or writing in my journal. Or active meditating like zoning out while washing dishes, etc. I get my aha moments during self meditations, but I get good vibes from the guided ones too since I am a person that is inside my head a lot. It lends focus.
