Thanks Songanddance I personally would prefer Stratford to Birmingham I think, either hotel looks good. Not a massive fan of big cities, and Birmingham is very big and busy. But I'm pretty flexible.

I prefer Stratford upon Avon as an option I think it would be nice to be somewhere a bit touristy rather than a city.  I don't mind which hotel.

Ooh - depends on where you're travelling from.
If you want to do a guided walk and see as much as possible then late morning is the ideal.
Re meeting place - perhaps the hotel itself and I can then take/walk you into town from there?

I don't know 11am ish or maybe 12 and go grab some lunch before the tour??
