Do we have enough firm commitments for 10 rooms? I have not confirmed yet as I am working out details regarding other possibilities of where I might go if I fly east (to visit family in Canada). Perhaps it is ok to block off rooms and can change that later? I am hoping to be able to attend but it's not confirmed for me yet.

That is my H's birthday week......might be an issue with my reconciling if I left for this fun filled adventure!!

I want to come, but I am just not sure I can swing it financially. I will likely not know until probably the month before. Will that be a problem? If I am able I will definitely love to carpool. Peace and I can meet up near the VA border. Pick up Bail, Medusa or whoever else and head to the Poconos!!

Well, I will reserve only if they give a far out date by which we can cancel. Think we have about 16 "interested". Have to find out the terms and will before I formally reserve.

Ditto. I would love to join. The Poconos are fun and affordable. I would be fine sharing a room as long as I get my own bed. I will bring anything and make really good lots of stuff.

No official list yet. Firming up holds on a few rooms. Will post something by weekend and we can start getting a list together. Thanks! And Nah, will likely have it set up that everyone calls up to pay on their own for their room. But will let everyone know about that as well.

I've always been amazed at how thoroughly and well women plan things. Thanks willit for your organization and planning skills.

book, we'll be happy to feed you free of charge as there will be a kitchen and I'll even chip in for room expenses if your sweet southern self can make it. (I'm hoping I can make it myself)
