Just bumpinng this up so that anyone and everyone that wants to meet with us can. I will be in Philadelphia on May 15th at 9am. I have the entire day free to hang out and sightsee-shop or eat  whatever we all want to do. Just looking forward to some bonding time and making happy memories with all my friends.

I am a tentative MAYBE.... it depends on my work schedule.... not asking for many days off since I just got back from vacay, LOL!! If I dont' make it this time, please keep inviting me!! I can guarantee you will enjoy meeting FTT.... she's a real "go-er" and a wonderful, giving spirit.... LG

I´d love to join you but I am now a S-l-o-w walker due to the gimpy leg. So, I´d need to know how much walking is involved. I could always join you for part of the day. I´m also supposed to avoid getting hot. Let me know what you have in mind. I would either drive in or take the train.

FTT, would it help if we got a wheel chair for you?  I have a friend who runs a medical supply store and maybe we can borrow one.  We all deal with our slow moving MLCers, we can deal with this.  Plus it could get us first in line to get in to various venues. ;D

Groupon.com has a 90 minute tour bus ride around historical Philadelphia for $13..... I've been to the Liberty Bell numerous times... ditto Constitution Hall, etc. and it is WONDERFUL!! Perhaps a two-prong visit could be planned... one of sight seeing during the day for the new visitor... who perhaps already know each other?? And then FTT and hopefully I could join you at an eatery/pub.... somewhere we could all talk for a couple of hours. FTT should not be sitting for very long, however.... My StepDad just moved out of his downtown luxury condo, or I would have suggested we meet up there and FTT could lay down while conversatin'  ;)

A 2 prong approach could be good.  I will talk with G4Y and OMR and see what they are up for.  I too have done all the tourist stuff and was hoping to go to the art museum.  I've been there too, but it''s a really good one and the exhibits change.  I think they are having some privately owned Van Gogh's that usually aren't seen.  Meeting later in a pub would be great.

I'm up for anything. The only thing that I need is to find a parking space that I can get into without using reverse :) Or that has a slope, lol! I need a new transmission because my reverse is shot  >:( Other than that, I'm game for anything! ;D
