Everyone on here soooo funny

Sooooo, with my divorce happening and still no child support for past few months, and mounting legal bills, your organizer here may not be able to come. Sigh.

The friends I asked to attend to share a room with are still on the fence so I have spoken to others and they said they will let me know.

No matter, what I will attempt to drive there so I can meet you all for dinner or something.  :-* And I will be grateful for whatever time I do get with each of you.  :)

In the meantime, we should think of an itinerary. Would suggest people look into attractions near by and those at the resort and create a schedule. It's only a month away! Can't believe it.  :)

At the resort:

Camelback Lodge has 453 rooms (from single room suites up to 3-bedroom suites), a 125,000 sq ft indoor waterpark (with 7 pools, 13 slides, a FlowRider, adventure river, etc.) a 30,000 sq ft indoor, dry adventure center (with ropes course, mini-golf, laser tag, arcade, etc.), 22,000 sq ft of meeting and event space, multiple restaurants and lounges, a luxury spa and kid’s spa.

Willit, I am aware of someone who may be interested in attending.  She has expressed very much of going to the meetup.  Janus2014 has an interest if you are looking for a roommate.  Hope you can attend.  Looking forward to it!

I can not stay over for this weekend however - I would like to drive out for dinner on Friday night,

The only thing I know for sure that I want to do is schedule a massage. Other then that, I can go with the flow on any activities.

Hey. Posting to see if there anyone else interested in going. I know of one female member who is interested in attending but has no roommate.

For anyone still interested:

The Double Queen Suite rooms are about $847 including taxes so it would be $425 per person if you share with one person. Up to 4 people are allowed, but there are only 3 separate beds. For 3 it would be about $282 each for the weekend for room and water park passes. It has 2 Queen beds and 1 Queen sofa.

So let me know if you are interested and I can help coordinate rooming.

Tentative Schedule just to give idea of the weekend.

Will post final one by August 15th and provide paper copies in person at the introduction dinner.

LBS Meetup Schedule

FRIDAY

12:30 pm        Waterpark (pre-check in access)

4pm                Check-in

6pm-9pm         Trails End Pub and Grille                 
                       (Introduction dinner)



SATURDAY

8am-10am       Hemisphere's (breakfast)

10am-1pm       Group Waterpark outing

1pm-3pm         Neptune's (Lunch)

3pm-6pm         "Free play"

Options:

--Waterpark

--Camelback Mountain Adventures (mountain coaster, other thrills)
                     
--Serenity Spa appointments

--Arcadia  $29.99 ($5.00 arcade card (16 credits); 1 play @ Borealis Lazer Tag & unlimited use of Meh Tah’s Mini-Golf, K-2 Climb, The Ascent Rock Climb & Lazer Frenzy for 1 day) or individual events at around $5 each

--The Crossings Premium Outlet Mall

7pm-8:30pm     Barley Creek Brewery (dinner)

Will it, you're awesome. I was just going to walk around with an "I'm Nah" T-shirt and hope that some Asian cowboy with an eyepatch would show up.  :D

Just put out an inquiry to Janus2014 who expressed interest in the past.  I will see if she responds.

Also, I am going to reserve my room and wanted to know if I should book a room close by the others or as afar away as possible?
