Journalling

I’m switching jobs! A company I interviewed at last year held onto my resume and called me back in. I accepted. A drive 20 mins shorter for a lil more money and better responsibilities. I start October 19th.

My wine party was good fun with the usual people.

My gf KA got a puppy. The dog loves me and comes between us physically, like even on the couch. She stays locked up in her crate overnight. Thus our weeknight get togethers are now me going to KAs house.

At our local popcorn festival I saw XW and OM, as they had a booth during the festival to sell her jewelry. I walked to the other side of the street and don’t think they saw me. If he wasn’t there I mighta gone over. She hs a shop in the same town just a few blocks over. And yeah she had splotches of green in her gray hair.

I baked some cookies and had too many leftovers so stopped by TBP on my commute to work giving her some. Stayed 20 mins and although I'd much rather hang out with her than work, I have a strong work ethic. She gave me some coffee and we hugged bye.

My Halloween birthday party is coming on the 24th. It will be a smash! DC messaged me wanting to come. I assume with her bf. Shes become blonde with much shorter hair based on a recent pic. Will be good to see her-last seen Jan '25.

Been celebrating my 60th birthday all year long as I have seven other friends all turning 60 this year and lots of get togethers.
