lol, mamabear! Annej, thanks for the explanation of the different aspects to the signs. I wouldn't have been able to explain it so well. Also, I don't even know that much about any of this except if it's about ]Pisces & Geminis ;D I had a lot of lessons there.

For love and relashionships, venus, as well as the moon, are more relevant than sun sign compatibility. But, overhaul, yes, cancer and capricorn go well together.

The details can be very confusing.

I find it very intriguing that Gemini's are in the majority of LBS's. Of course, Gemini's are awesome! They have so much power that can be used for strong good or strong evil. Can't wait to see more results.

Geminis are awesome people...unless they are OW's...LOL!

And is it true the majority of LBS's are Gemini's...that is quite interesting!

Yeah, the details can be confusing. Especially when you have to read so many signs just for one person every day / week / month ie. their rising, moon, sun, venus, mars, etc. as you mentioned. I understand it enough because I've read a lot about this stuff but it's still confusing sometimes.

Essencially, on a daily, weekly, monthy, basis just reduce it to sun sign, rising sun and venus sign. If you only know the first two, use only the first two.

For a more deep insight the others parts are needed, but the sun sign, rising sign and venus already give you a good view. And, of course, you have to take it with a grain of sault. Even in normal times one needs to do so but in MLC, what we have is the dark side, the shadow, in action.

I don't know if you know anything about Jung and his shadow theory, it is very interesting and can shed some light into this MLC thing. If you want take a look at these links:

Hmm, I have never heard of that Shadow theory but it sounds interesting. I will definitely read up on that ( I started to, already ). Thanks for sharing!

Is any of this healthy?

We often read that the MLCer is delusional and living in a fantasy world. Let's imagine a group of MLCers drop in here and read this thread and the recent RCR blogpost about meditating on Tarot cards. I can just see the MLCers having a good chuckle and saying, "and they think we are deluded".

I apologise if the above sounds rude but at this time in our lives and the lives of our MLCer it is a time for seeking emotional health, mental stability and clear thinking. Muddying Jungian psychology and astrology doesn't feel to me like it is heading in the right direction.

If in your despair you went to a counsellor and said, "my H has left me, committed adultery, wants to impoverish me through divorce and I feel dreadful, please can you help?" and that counsellor said, "ok, let's have a look at your star sign, and the signs of everyone else involved with this situation and we will start to make sense of it all." What would your reaction be?
