Its like take 2 of the Mel Gibson fiasco and his x wife said the same thing, he had never been abusive, luckily there isnt a child in the middle of this one.

His children with Vanessa yes but not with ow and pretty sure their mom has them well grounded.

Yep @Crazyjourney, I wonder if it's not true, why would she say it? If true, it could have been an accident also. Glad the exes and children are standing up for Johnny, yet will that hold any weight in the courts? I wonder are her claims even feasible enough for charges to be brought?

I believe that Johnny Depp, most likely, DID throw the cell phone and it DID accidentally hit her in the face.  If she were going to make up something related to Johnny Depp abusing her...one would think that she would say he actually hit her.  (Probably the mark on her face wouldn't support actually contact with his hand or fist).

And, she is capitalizing on it...to make him look even worse than he already does.

As for his ex and children standing up for him - I don't know.  He's their father and they don't was to see anything bad about him.  But, quite honestly, he has not behaved very well for some time.  It's time for him to bear the consequences of his actions.  He left the mother of his kids (who clearly cares about him) for this gold digging young woman, 20 years his junior.  He behaved like an a$$.  Time to pay the piper.

I doubt the abuse claims will go very far.  But, the wive will get some $$ out of him.  Oh well, he has plenty of that...and will have plenty of opportunities to earn it back.

The loss of his reputation and what he has done to his family will (should) stay with him for a long time.  Maybe this is what it takes for him to hit bottom and see what a jerk he's been?

Time will tell.

Yes if he is in mlc its very likely he has acted in this way, unlike his normal self, a few lbs have had similar monster moments and I believe when the ow doesnt work any more to escape their demons they get it too.

Do you think she would get half of what he made after they were married such a short time?

I know with spousal maintenance you have to be married for over 10 years to be considered a "long term" marriage.
If it under 10 years you would only get spousal for a limited time.

I don't know what they go by but under 2 years sure doesn't seem to be fair to give her half his money.
If that were the case I'd find some rich old man and divorce him after a year an a half.   :D :D :D :D
Kidding....

I suppose it depends on the laws of the state.  Their all so different.

A quote from a recovered MLCer:
"From my experience if my H had let me go a long time ago, and stop pressuring me, begging, and pleading and just let go I possibly would have experienced my awakening sooner than I did."

I was just wondering why we haven't heard any hard news, then remembered the wheels of justice ride slowly. I was in the store and of course it's all over the gossip tabloids.

Then I started thinking of the whole Brad Pitt/Angelina Jolie/Jenifer Aniston thing and wondered if you think Brad Pitt had MLC back then? if so why is he still with Angelina now? Does anyone remember how long ago that was? I just checked Pitt's age. Brad Pitt is now 52. Could he have had or having a MLC?

Amber says she has photos of previous abuse. If that is true, it means Deep has done it before. Not a big surprise, since he is in MLC, drinks and takes drugs.

It is quite possible both Deep and Gibson had never been abusive towards their spouse/partner. They probably were not so deep in crisis, or so monster at the time.

I don't think Brad Pitt had a MLC.

@Anjae I was referring to the public affair then marriage and fast children. Not so much abuse because I don't think I ever heard anything about abuse, then again, at time, I didn't know anything about MLC.

If I remember right Pitt wanted children but Jennifer didn't.

He seems happy now.  I personally don't think he was in a MLC.

I think in Pitt's case it was more an exit affair. If there was an affair at all. I have seen all three parts deny it, so, who knows.

But if there was, it looks more like exit affair. Nothing in him says MLC.

MLC does not always come with abuse. Abuse often only comes with MLC. Not all MLCers are abusive.

Deep is in MLC, is a heavy drinker and drug user. The three combined are a disaster of gigantic proportions.
