Agree about the diagnosis Anjae, but whatever the relationships are, they are not having them with the men/women that we knew. And the OP are mate predators. Setting the MLC relationship up for jealousy and fighting and all of the rest of it.

Add to that, the immaturity of both parties.

My MLCer said long ago that his relationship with his OW was 'tumultuous'.  I just about fell off the chair.  Nothing like our relationship was, and I couldn't imagine what had him so hooked into this new one.  It provides a lot of drama, which the MLCer seems to demand.

Anjae, a bruise is officially a contusion.  When new, it is pink or red, like the colour of Amber's.
As time goes on it darkens and tends to 'leak' into surrounding tissues and is swollen and puffy (Amber's face shows no swelling), and as it heals it shows other colours.  This is a good link.

So hard to know what went on, but I guess we can confirm that their relationship also is 'tumultuous'.  I know Johnny is most likely very out of control, and have no idea how far he is capable of going when angry. 
But I do smell a bit of a rat with this.  If the media reports are accurate (which they may or may not be), then it all doesn't add up.  Especially as he is right handed.

Absolutely, I bet Vanessa is horrified.  At least the children probably see him together mostly.  That provides a bit of a buffer there.

The triggers come seemingly randomly for us.  I'm especially intrigued by this as I watched Johnny lose the plot publicly, on a similar timeline to my MLCer.  There were reports of some odd behaviours well before he officially left Vanessa in 2012.

I have no clue if Johnny did it or not, but without a prenup, in Cali, she's likely to get half his fortune. The divorce was inevitable. But Johnny is well loved, and she could easily be blacklisted in Hollywood if she's seen in the light the media was first casting. There would be some reasoning behind making him the bad guy, if she is making it up. TMZ has the Sunday party pics, with a big grin on her face and no sign of a scratch, and that to me speaks a lot. I believe no woman should be abused ever, no man either! But there are people in the world who lie to bring others down. If Johnny did it, I hope they throw the book at him, but if he didn't, I hope he's vindicated.

This is a photo of Amber leaving court on Friday, May 27. There does not seem to be anything in the eye here, just on her cheekbone. It does not seem very purple or blue. But it may be a little darker than the ones on the other photo. The light is different, so it hard do say. Would the ones in the eye disappear in a week?

There is also something strange, the photo of Amber leaving Tiffany's. It seems the photo is from April, but someone leaked it to the tabloids after it was reported that Amber had filled for divorce. Again, I am not saying he had not hurt her. That is not hard to believe. But why leak the Tiffany's photo? It does not make sense that photo come from Depp's camp. This entire story is a big mess. Dates and facts do not seem to match up. Leaked photos to show one is ridding the wave after filling, then photos of a battered face.

We all know how men in MLC react. Who knows what is going on/really happened. But I would think his lawyer would had asked him to tell her everything, good or bad. And she may, and he may not have done it. Or he may have, the lawyer said, pay her the alimony, do not file asking for her not to receive alimony, he filled for her not to received alimony, she showed the pictures of the hurt/bruise.

We probably should be on her side. Even because I think we are all aware he has been erratic, to say the least, has substance issues, and can have a temper when under the influence. But, like you said, something sounds fishy. I hope it isn't. Women do not need a fishy story of abuse. It is already very hard to have people believe women. On the other hand, if he didn't do it, it would also made no sense for him to get the burned. Not that he will ever be able to make this go away, even if he is not to blame.

Any former partner/spouse would be horrified. The children may, or may not, know something. Or had previously seen something. I think they live with Vanessa, in France. So, they would not be around that often. And people can tone down if they have others around. Even if I am not sure how much someone whose mind is on cloud nine of alcohol/drugs can tone down. Depp seemed to have managed to film during all his MLC time.

Ready2, no, it seems that in California, all you are entitled is to half of the money made during the marriage. So, only the money Johnny made for the 15 months they were married. At least that is what is been written everywhere. I also had the idea that in California, without a prenup, it would be half of everything, but all I have read say it is only for money made during the marriage. Maybe they have changed the law?
