My thoughts are with all of you on Sandy’s way. I have cousins living in the East Coast, in areas that will be affected. Hope they will be safe.

No Sandy here but during the night the wind was blowing hard, the windows were shaking and the temperature dropped.

Hi stay safe everyone............by the way you all sound so calm i would be running scared...........having said that we don't have things like that ere ..........maybe the occasional storm or a tiny earth quake not much on the rictor scale though............xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Sending prayers for everyones safety that storm sounds like a bad one.

Pls let us all know when you are safe and it has passed, anyone in its vicinity.

Update: Still have power, thus can flush:)

Lull coming soon for gutter cleaning - again and in 6 hours the crazy weather begins in earnest.

Maybe it´ll blow all my leaves down to the neighbor´s house:)

So far so good here at the Jersey Shore. :) Still have electric and while I was in PA for the day yesterday, I got more water and the coveted C batteries! Stores by me are cleaned out.

Thinking of all of you here in the path of Sandy. Also anyone affected by the earthquake and its aftermath.
